  • Role I led the design of the app from start to finish. Together with the product owner and target users, I defined the requirements and worked closely with the developer to plan the app’s structure based on available APIs. My focus was on shaping an experience tailored to shop floor workers in printeries.
  • Process We iterated on the app experience with regular input from users and industry experts. I created Figma prototypes to validate ideas early, ensuring the flow worked well in the physical context of the shop floor. After launch, we used real-world insights to refine key interactions and improve the overall usability.

Crafted to be clear, fast, and intuitive, the app turns complex shopfloor tasks into a smooth experience. From printing markers to reviewing worksteps, everything’s a tap away, so operators can stay hands-on without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Smart, glanceable cards showing real-time status, active collaborators, and key details without overwhelming the user. Each card adapts to the context, giving just the right amount of information when it’s needed.

A visual product spec offers clarity on what’s being made, while an interactive flowchart helps operators understand where they are in the process and what’s next, built to inform without interrupting.
